How it works
From sign-up to your first payout
Six steps stand between you and your store being live on Raio. Most merchants get there in under a week — and our team walks with you at every one of them.
- 1
Tell us about your business
Fill in the registration form with your business name, address, category and contact details. Attach your business registration document — that's all we need to start.
Takes about 10 minutes
- 2
Get verified and onboarded
Our team reviews your documents and calls you to prepare your launch: commission plan, delivery zone, equipment and training on the merchant dashboard.
Usually 2–3 business days
- 3
Build your menu or catalog
Add your products with names, descriptions, options and prices. We share photo guidelines — stores with good photos sell up to twice as much.
We help with your first setup
- 4
Go live and receive orders
Your store appears on the Raio app. Orders arrive on your dashboard with a sound alert — you confirm, prepare, and mark them ready.
You control your opening hours
- 5
We deliver — or you do
The nearest Raio courier is dispatched automatically and picks the order up when it's ready. Running your own riders? Orders route to them instead.
Average delivery: 30 minutes
- 6
Get paid every week
Your earnings arrive by Pix or bank transfer every week, with a statement covering every order, commission and adjustment.
No payout fees, ever
A day on Raio
What happens on every single order
Once you're live, this loop runs all day — without a single phone call.
1
Order placed
A customer orders from your store on the Raio app.
2
You confirm
One tap on the dashboard and the kitchen gets to work.
3
You prepare
A courier is dispatched to arrive as the order is ready.
4
Courier delivers
Pickup to doorstep in about 30 minutes, tracked live.
5
You get paid
The sale lands in your weekly payout automatically.
What you need
Three things, and you're ready to register
We keep the entry bar low on purpose. If you run a real business and can prepare orders reliably, Raio is for you.
- 1
A registered business
A valid CNPJ and the owner's CPF — MEIs and family businesses welcome.
- 2
A smartphone or tablet
The merchant dashboard runs in the browser and on any Android or iOS device.
- 3
A bank account with Pix
So your weekly payouts have somewhere to land — any Brazilian bank or digital account works.
